Delivery Terms

We provide fast and secure delivery through trusted partners: DPD, Unisend, and Omniva. All orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.

• Delivery time within Latvia: 1–3 business days;
• Delivery to Estonia and Lithuania: 2–5 business days;
• Orders over €200 qualify for free delivery throughout the Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the delivery date, free of charge.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels attached;
• To start the return process, please email us at info@nnparts.lv and include your order number;
• The return will be handled using the same delivery service through which you received the product: DPD, Unisend, or Omniva;
• After the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately by email at info@nnparts.lv and attach photographs. We will arrange a product exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Restrictions

• Returns are not possible if the product has been used or damaged due to the buyer’s fault;
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except where they are damaged;
• Electronic components may only be returned unused and in their original packaging.
